Market Highlights
Building Rehabilitation brought a significant
increase in sales and leasing for the office and residential offices segments.
- From 2013 to 2109. office leasing value/sqm increase an average of 30%, in the main districts of Lisbon;
- For the same period, total office space taken jumped from 80.000 to 200.000 sqm in Lisbon;
- For the residential market, the number of units sold from 2013 to 2019, almost quadrupled.
