Building rehabilitation has been one of the major opportunities and main driver for the portuguese Real Estate market recovery since 2015.  

Lisbon and Porto have seen a reshape of their landscape, and are today much more attractive cities to live and visit than they were 10 years ago.

Although we have seen an increase in the acquisition prices, there are still opportunities in this segment.  

Building Rehabilitation brought a significant 

increase in sales and leasing  for the office and residential offices segments.

- From 2013 to 2109. office leasing value/sqm  increase an average of 30%, in the main districts of Lisbon;

- For the same period, total office space taken jumped from 80.000 to  200.000 sqm in Lisbon;

- For the residential market, the number of units sold from 2013 to 2019, almost quadrupled.
